Is The Internet Suffering From “OVERBLOGGERITIS”

Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like everybody’s brother, their grandmother’s dog and next door neighbor’s cat has a blog these days. I mean really, I just read somewhere the other day that some lady actually had a blog for her 2 dogs who were apparently giving advice to pet owners. I mean there are blogs about anything you can imagine, blogs about everything and blogs about nothing at all. Don’t believe me? do a google search on misc. blogs and you’ll see over 1,000,000 search results! Where does it end? Take for instance a subject that I happen to be very interested in, Internet marketing, did you know that there are over 26,000,000 search results just for blogs on that topic. Oh and let’s not forget about the nearly 20,000,000 blogs about what else…blogging.

Ok, enough about all the “BLOGCLOG” on the net. This blog has a definite and stated purpose-to provide relevant and valuable content about Internet marketing and making money online without spending a whole lot of time and/or money learning how to do it. Now let me say this right now, I AM NOT AN INTERNET GURU OR ONLINE MARKETING EXPERT! What I am however is someone who does a lot of research once I become interested in something. As for right now that something happens to be creating a sustainable online income that will surpass my current offline income without paying the equivalent of a college tuition in the process. Oh and I don’t plan on working 80 hours a week either. You see there are some people out there making a very good living with online marketing and they’re actually enjoying life because of the freedom that it provides as well. Don’t get  me wrong, I know that they didn’t get there overnight and that initially they had to work very hard to get everything going. I am fully prepared to do what it takes to build the internet marketing system that will provide the income and freedom that I want.

In closing, what I am going to attempt to do in this blog is to share with you the tips, techniques and resources I find in my quest for freedom via online marketing. That being said stay tuned…
